MC-0128 is a high-performance polyester (Polyester) spunbond nonwoven filtration material, specifically designed for industrial filtration applications. With excellent breathability, high-temperature resistance, and high strength, it is widely used in air filtration, liquid filtration, and high-temperature dust collection systems, ensuring efficient filtration and long-lasting stability.
Excellent Breathability
Air permeability: 280 mm/s (tested at 200Pa pressure, compliant with ISO 9237 standards). Ensures efficient airflow, reducing system energy consumption.
High-Temperature Resistance
Continuous working temperature: 120°C; Instantaneous maximum temperature: 130°C. Suitable for high-temperature industrial environments, such as boiler flue gas and welding fume filtration.
High Strength and Durability
Longitudinal tensile strength (MD): >900 N/5cm, Transverse tensile strength (CD): >400 N/5cm (compliant with ISO 9073 standards). Excellent tear resistance, extending service life.
Elongation: MD >45%, CD >60%, adaptable to mechanical stress in complex working conditions.
Uniform Structure and Lightweight
Basis weight: 180 g/m² (compliant with ISO 9864 standards), Thickness: 0.56 mm (compliant with ISO 9073 standards). Balances high filtration precision with lightweight properties.
